    One thing about the Sparrow: SKIP THE SEQUEL. Some of the worst problems in the first book (Which is well worthwhile in spite of the issues) are made even worse, including ways the human world is, um, unrealistic in its assumptions. Also, Emilio’s agency is taken away for no good reason.
